I am a co-worker of Dan (Bei's dad) and my daughter is also from China. I am so happy to hear that Lily is home once again. She will always have an extra special bond w/you -- as you are the loving people who were at her side during the whole ordeal. I hope all will continue to go well with her recovery!

Pam and John -

I got the link to your blog from MB today. I have read from start to end and have sobbed through it all. I think I was most emotional watching Lily change in such a short time through the pictures. You can see her transform. What an incredible thing the love and attention you have to give her has done.

She is absolutely beautiful and you know, it is so weird how kids, biological or adopted can somehow look like their parents. I think she is a dark-headed version of you, Pam.

I am reading your blog like a novel. Please keep adding.

I am so happy for you.
