We are very pleased to let you know Lily came through her surgery today just fine. She is in ICU where she will spend the next 2-3 days. We've never seen so many tubes and wires! She won't be "out of the woods" for a while yet, but she is surrounded by an army of wonderful caregivers here at Children's Hospital.

Pamela, God bless precious Lily and God bless you!!! I am so happy she is receiving such good care and that her mommy and daddy can be by her side while she recovers. Remember what I told you on the phone this weekend... it will be the most WONDERFUL gift to see Lily just "bloom and blossom" now that her heart is repaired and she is healthy. Sending you huge hugs and praying for all of you!

Oh my, I can now breath!! So happy she made it thru the surgery. All my love, prayers and strength to Lily Mei.
Now all of you need lots of rest because when that little angel comes thru she will have you running circles around her and she will be running circles around all of you soon.

Sweet Lily is in our prayers. So glad the surgery went well, and she is back in your arms...even if she does have lots of "gadgets" attached! We had followed your journey to get her after a mutual friend gave us your blog site. Lily is a beautiful child, and you and your husband are truly blessed.
