We are going to schedule a heart evaluation at a clinic this week to make sure Lily's heart is strong enough for the trip home.
Below are some pictures taken over the last couple of days. For the families in waiting, you can see pictures of the Nanjing and Guangzhou airports and our bus transportation to the White Swan.
Later today we will share some of our "learnings" with you from the week in Nanjing that might prove helpful for your trip.
Thanks for checking in.

Pam & John,
Read your post last night (u.S. time). You must have been so worried. It must be such a helpless feeling when you have a baby who is not well. This morning, when I read your latest post, we were so happy and relieved to see that Lily is feeling better! You make such a beautiful family. You are a perfect fit - like that last puzzle piece of a puzzle that you've worked so hard on to complete a picture!
Pam, We wish you a very Happy Mother's Day!
Jan, John & soon to be home, Jillian Rose
Just woke to news (Monday AM) of the earthquake (it's sharing the lead on the national news with a huge number of tornados from midwest to south) and hope to see that you all are fine.
Sooo relieved to hear that Lily is doing much better. You all probably needed the resting day.
Happy Belated Mother's Day!
